Had bought it here as a First-party add-on. Solspace has a new version, but it doesn’t show for some days in the account.
Logging in to Solspace shows nothing at all in my account there, and wouldn’t expect it to as Tag was purchased here.

Ok, and thanks for the offline reply, Lisa.
I will contact SolSpace for the transfer in ‘ownership’ of my purchase, as you suggested.

Well, there had been frustration, here, and so I am later replacing what I had said.
Let me just say how to find an upgrade to software you have purchased from Solspace, whether originally through the Ellis sites or not.
1. Log in to the Solspace site. If you don’t log, you will not find any reference to software you’ve purchased.
2. Now go to the product page for that software—Tag in my case.
3. Given you are logged in, look to the right from the block which gives the price. You will see Add To Cart, and then an area labelled Download.
4. Click on Download, and agree to the agreement.
5. Now you can update your software.

Well, it’s said not to let sun set on displeasure, so though it is after a few suns, I’ve written directly to Solspace, and edited down the above description of how you actually find an update to purchased software on their site.
Somehow, I am quizzically smiling. Perhaps it’s just part of the great human mystery that communication should be so unusual in the EE universe. I do think the natives are friendly here, and I always intend to be. Culture remains ever a remarkable thing…!

Looks like these got posted out of order, and that several people read the last before the important changes in the note above it, so will give this thread a wakeup to be sure the intent is seen.
