    Hi guys,

I’ve just tried installing EE2 for a client. They’re running Apache and meet all requirements. When I fill in the form with my license-key and database-info etc., and press submit, I get a blank page with the url http://www.domain.com/system/index.php?C=wizard&M=do_install&language=english ...

Is there any way to get debug-info, or is this a known issue?

    Thanks!

Browsed through some other topics and ran setup with debug. I get the following error-message:

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /var/www/vhosts/parttimeheld.nl/httpdocs/system/codeigniter/system/database/DB.php(118) : eval()‘d code on line 118

    Any thoughts? Running latest build…

It’s an issue with your setup. Suhosin prevents EE from performing the required operations. Please ask your host for assistance with this.

    Guys having the same issue.

I’m setting up the server in my local network with the following configurations:

    we are running a Windows 2008 R2 with PHP 5.2.5, MySQL 5.5 and apache 2.2 .

What do you think I should change on the server to make it work?

Hey Ruslan, did you see any errors during the installation, or in your error logs that might help debug the issue?

Can you tell us which version and build of EE2.x you’re using? See EEWiki:// HowTo Determine My EE Version

Also, have you run the “Server Wizard” to verify whether your server is compatible with ExpressionEngine?

This seems like a server side issue, so the more information you can give us, the better.

    Thanks!

Hi, yes it was server side issue indeed. MySQL setup.

    Sorted…

    Sorry for bothering you…
