I am not able to deselect a category assignment within the Edit entry form.  This seems like it should be simple…Yet I can’t find the solution.

When you edit an entry (Edit tab>Edit Entry>), and click on the Categories tab, is there a way to deselect the highlighted category?  I want to unassign an entry from all categories (meaning that the entry is not a member of any category), but there does not seem to be an easy way to do this: I can only click on an existing category.  Am I missing something?

I am using 1.6.9, Build 20100430.

UMstratcomm,

To deselect a category on a multi-select box like the Category one you need to hold down CTRL when clicking. This is on a PC. I believe the it is either the CTRL or Apple key on a Mac.
