I just did a fresh install of 2.1…
Every time i go in to edit an entry, the date automatically gets changed to tomorrow’s date with a (seemingly) random chosen hour.
My server settings are set to Eastern Standard Time.
Please help, thanks!

Please see this bug report. Does that sound like your issue?
