This is the structure I need for my site:

    username.sitename.com/channel1/url_title
    username.sitename.com/channel2/url_title

    username2.sitename.com/channel1/url_title
    username2.sitename.com/channel2/url_title

So the usernames are the subdomain.  there are two channels (maybe three?).

Having spent an inordinate amount of time using CodeIgniter, EE 2.0 has become a foreign language to me.  It’s not like riding a bike, especially after a big upgrade.  I’m not sure where to start.  With CI, I could tinker until I found the solution as routes are very easy to program.

    Hi, Chris -

Can you clarify how you’re using ExpressionEngine and how you see this working?  That would help in advising you; but I suspect that EE may not be a good fit here. I’d like to work with you to find out.

We can do that here or you’re welcome to email sales if you’d prefer to go into detail confidentially.

    Thanks!
