Hello,
This question may be related to a resolved thread.
We have now had our second instance of our blog being offline in less than a week after our upgrade. It is hard to believe this is unrelated to the update as we have never had this problem previously.
Please Advise?

It just happens to databases sometimes; there are some common reasons like running out of space for MySQL - if it happens often you should investigate; otherwise, I’d just leave it be.
As Lisa mentions in the related thread it may well be a common reason like running out of space. Are you in a position to investigate this with your host?
