One of our clients is wondering if we can tell them how many times a member has logged into their user account (no access to the CP, just the front-end of the website). Is this possible somewhere in the database or CP?

ExpressionEngine does not track this information, you would need to build a custom solution and then it would be tracked from implementation-time forward.
