    After recently upgrading to the most recent version 1 of your service we are now receiving the following errors and the site is no longer accessible on the front or the back end.

    MySQL ERROR:

    Error Number: 1016

    Description: Can’t open file: ‘exp_security_hashes.MYI’ (errno: 145)

    Query: INSERT INTO exp_security_hashes (date, ip_address, hash) VALUES(UNIX_TIMESTAMP(), ‘66.69.222.216’, ‘7f9ea284b5fbd6e21a94519946fcfad5f3eac0a9’),(UNIX_TIMESTAMP(), ‘66.69.222.216’, ‘365474a94dc38343cc1b532c7a3f809231e4dc9b’)

    We are hosted on Yahoo along with our ecommerce site and I’ve found the following article listed in your forum that mentions an incompatibility but unfortunately the links for troubleshooting are all dead.

    You can view which of the PHP functions Yahoo is currently supporting here:

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/webhosting/php/php-33.html ] http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/webhosting/php/php-33.html [/url]

    We have been using the older version of EE until recently so it would make sense to us that if our problem is due to an incompatibility with the newer version.

    Please Help as our blog is currently down completely

    Hi, THS -

    Please repair all of your database tables using something like PHPMyAdmin; that should fix this.

    Thank you…

    This did help! Can you please tell us why this may have happened and if we can expect it to continue happening in the future?

    Thanks

    It just happens to databases sometimes; there are some common reasons like running out of space for MySQL - if it happens often you should investigate; otherwise, I’d just leave it be.
