    Hey there, me again 😊

I’ve implemented the wiki module and have added a bunch of entries, but I have a few questions…

    1. is there a way for me to display the 5 most view wiki articles in a portion of the wiki homepage?
    2. is there a way for me to display the 5 most recent wiki articles posted in a portion of the wiki homepage?
    3. can I insert the above two parts in a non wiki page template?

I would like to create some teaser links on a regular template page to link to the articles on the wiki, but I haven’t found too much information regarding this type of work.

    Thanks!!!!

There is a way on a normal channel/blog template generate lists using the

    {exp:query sql

tag. I used this to create a random set of 10 wiki articles and the page count total - see trak-community.org bottom right.

    Thanks wikitect.

How did you write the anchor links to link to the pages? I got the query to display what I want properly, but I;m not sure how to get the URL to those links.

    Any ideas?

Wow sorry for that post. sometimes i just don’t think hard enough.

I just hardcoded the url to the main wiki folder and then added the {wiki_title} after it and Voila!

Thanks for the assistance wikitect. That proved to be much easier than I was expecting.

Now I need to figure out how to pull the most view pages, but I just need to spend some time writing my queries.

    Thanks again!

    That’s fine.

If you do figure out the query to show the most viewed I’d be interested.

    Cheers
