I’ve installed EE2.1 on a new site hosting with EH.
I’ve set the site to offline and changed the offline template.
However, when I log out and go the URL I still get the default offline template displayed.
Any ideas why?

Which template did you change, where? Do you’ve got a link?

I changed the offline template and when I go back to it after logging out, the new template I put in is still there but the default still shows.

Euan,
Just to confirm, The template you changed was here?
Design -> Message Pages -> Offline Template
Are the changes saving. Can you see them at this location?

Yes. If I log out of the CP and log back in, go to the template I see the template I have created.

Any thoughts on the problem?
I don’t want to begin installing add-ons and working on the site if there is an issue and I need to re-install, etc.

So it was a caching issue after all 😊 Glad to see you’re all set, and thanks to dashard for the assist.
