    V 1.6.9
    Relevant Modules: pages, LG .htaccess Generator (to remove index.php)

    I am creating pages (URIs) using the page tab in the weblog entry screens.  Pages are going missing from my .htaccess file so I tried deleting all pages (via module config) and I can’t delete anything.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Pages module and the function has not improved.

    I know the .htaccess module is not supported here, but I’m sure this is a common configuration and there might be a known issue.  Pages are dropping from .htaccess and I can’t delete pages via the module config.

    Can you get the .htaccess module out of the mix for now?  There were some changes in pages in 1.6.9, and it could be that the .htaccess module is having problems with that?

    Turned the htaccess module off…

    Tried deleting pages and go these errors…

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in >>>/modules/pages/mcp.pages.php on line 515

    Warning: natcasesort() [function.natcasesort]: The argument should be an array in >>>/modules/pages/mcp.pages.php on line 143

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in >>>/modules/pages/mcp.pages.php on line 170

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the Pages module and still can’t delete pages…same errors.

    Yes.  So what is the resolution plan?

    Why, I’d say it’s in the hands of the development team from here on. I suppose it will be fixed in an upcoming build.

    Right, but they haven’t acknowledged the issue for two months so the current pace is not helpful.  Please push this one with them.  This is a key module and needs to be rock solid.

    In line 558 of the LG Htaccess extension file, change it to

    foreach ($pages[1]['uris'] as $page_id => $page_url)

    to fix the 1.6.9 Pages bug (add the [1] after $pages)

    Chad,

    Thanks for that. Mark does that help?

    Not sure.  LG has posted an unannounced update (I have it now) so I’m not sure if he fixed it or this one is still required.  The site is not live so I’m going to take my time on this issue.
