    Hi there—

I’m having a bit of a problem. I’m using the user module, so I don’t know if the issue is coming from user or EE.
I’m displaying some user data with this code: {exp:member:custom_profile_data}{thisfield}{/exp:member:custom_profile_data}. If I logout as one user and then log in with another user, the field info doesn’t change. Is there some sort of caching issue going on here? Please help 😊

    Thanks,

    Lisa

OK—here’s more info. It looks like the only member profile info that will display is the super admin. I can’t get a specific member group’s custom profile data to display. That group is set to view public profile “yes”.

OK I have worked out this issue. Apparently there was some strange redirects going on—I assume this happened when I moved from my testing IP to the real url…which brings up a question.

Is there a way to universally change or redirect all links to the proper url?

There are some third-party add-ons like Deeploy Helper. That said, I am glad you got to the bottom of this. Please don’t hesitate to post again as needed.
