i wan to make a forum where each member can post on his own>> YET One Administrator receives all posts and filter them before these posts get published.. the user (member) click on “post” normally << but it gets filtered before.
can this be done using the ee forum?how?

No, I’m afraid that is not an option. The forum module does not allow for pre-moderation, as it were. You would have to use the Weblog module for that particular functionality.
