I have a client where they cannot login to the admin section with their super admin account.
When they go to the admin login page and enter the correct user/pass the page just reloads with the user/pass fields empty. Nothing to indicate any error.
Any possible problems/solutions?

addition: the super admin can login fine on the public site, just not the admin section

Start with client/browser side, delete cookies and any auto-populating forms, try different browser….try resetting the password through DB….is what I would start with.

Adding to what lebisol said, are you running any extensions? What version and build of EE are you using?
