Hello I would like to know if anyone can help in troubleshooting this problem listed below. I get it when I try to setup a user to get into the site. If I give the superuser permissions to this account it does work fine, however I do not want to give out the superuser priv to this group. I have 1.6.9 and updated to the latest MSM. The site controls 8 domains.

Are you or were you using the MSM at some point in the past? If so, see this thread for some more info.

well this site had 7 sites into the system and we added a new one to 8 total now. Not sure if that’s one of the problem. What should I do to reset them all?

PS. If I upgrade to 2.x will I loose anything and will this fix the problem for the above error?

Hi itlinux,

Is this occurring when you are trying to add a member or a member group?

I think it’d be best if we can sort out this error before you attempt an upgrade to 2.x.

thanks for the suggestion. Yes it does happen when you do the new user to a group. I would love to find out how to take the site off the MSM now.. I am not sure why this happen. I started to like the ee but I may have to find other solutions.

I don’t see a license for MSM associated with your your current username. Can you contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) if you purchased MSM under a different username so you can continue to receive support for it please?

Yes the MSM is under Anthony Romrell, artisandream or amr-one, I am managing the hosting services and helping his account. Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks for helping out.
