I am working on reviving an EE 1.6.0 installation on a domain other than where it had originally been built. My goal is to bring it back to work with content before moving it to a new EE 1.6.9 installation. Would it be possible to get an ExpressionEngine 1.6.0 zip file?

Hi, RGS - EE 1.6.0 came out in June, 2007; it is now over 3 years old. Unfortunately we do not make older versions of EE available.
You can certainly make a backup of the database, add in the 1.6.9 files, and run an update. That should get it up to working order.

Thanks Lisa. I have tried that but getting EE working on a different domain and upgrading has had odd results. I will keep trying.
