I have dropped the sales team an email regarding account status to gain access to technical support. However, due to the nature of EE’s email response process it is likely I won’t hear from anyone till Monday (being the next business day).
Therefore I seek the attention of any sales representative(s) via the forum as it is inevitable one or many may stumble across this post.
