What do you prefer? The ‘new’ ED Imageresizer or the ‘established’ Image Sizer?

I and other users have been unable to get the ED Imageresizer to work with EE 2

I prefer the ED Imageresizer however i’m unable to figure out how to get the crop to do some things that i want it to.
