I find that it’s either dead slow or pages (try http://devot-ee.com/filter/?s=date) are blank. Anyone else have trouble?

Yup.

Devot-ee is slow, and the above link is blank.

It’s been like this for weeks and weeks, hope they can fix it. Not a good advert for EE.

Ryan’s hit some growth pains with an ambitious and popular site; we like him too, so we’ll be working directly with him to solve these issues.

Devot-ee as a website has always been slow.
Perhaps as Devot-ee is now being officially supported by Ellislab they can offer some good fast EngineHosting.

Hope so, because it’s painful going to there. Besides the teething problems, it’s a an A+ place.

Good hosting is like a good foundation under a big building, but other work is needed to create a strong, stable structure on top of that foundation.  EllisLab and EngineHosting are both working with him on a total solution to both sides of that analogy 😉
