Today I upgraded from EE 1.x Personal License to EE 2 Non-Commercial with a strange side effect, I can no longer download EE 1.x Personal?

I have an active paid subscription for downloading EE 1.x Personal but it seems my $50.00 canceled that subscription?

Thankfully I did download EE 1.69 Personal before purchasing the upgrade…

I paid the $50.00 essentially as an another “donation” since the EE team will not allow or accept donations.

If there is no “Core” version of EE 2.x I will not be using 2.x.  My sites are well below non-profit they are all negative-income-no-profit-ever-to-be-seen-or-expected.

I adopted EE after building some several pMachine Pro negative-income-no-profit-ever-to-be-seen-or-expected sites.  Frankly pMachine Pro is more user friendly than EE but some power features in EE are helpful.

I will make a private EE 2.x Non-Commercial site just to see what it does while hoping for a EE Core 2.x package to be offered.

BTW: I have paid for the EE 1.x Personal subscription for a couple of years let alone the original $99.00 initial purchase price but never installed or used the package.

When you download EE 2 you’ll find both version in the zip, 1.6.9 and 2.0.2.
