Is there an extention to show Simple Commerce info on the Entry page in the Control Panel?
This would be very useful for one of my clients. If you have a few hundred articles to sell
on your website it is kind of hard to find the products in the SCM.

If you use categories with your SCM entries, you could find matches easier that way. You could check on Devot-ee to see if there is such an extension..

Problem is I can’t search the SCM for articles. Would be great if there is an extra tab on the edit/publish page with the SCM information for that entry. At this moment there is no extention for this.

Another thing that would help me is to show one of the custom fields of the entries inside the SCM, next to the article title.

    Hi Jan,

You originally asked for a way to easily fin products in the SCM which categories as Sue mentioned would work great for this.

If you need an extension to show the SCM information inside the actually entry then Andy (ExpressionEngineer) made one of these once. Might be worth getting in touch with him to see if you can test out a copy of it.

As to something to show the information in the Edit entries tab you would be looking at an extension to do this. None exist that I know of unfortunately though.

    Best wishes,

    Mark

Thanks for the assist, Mark. Jan, unfortunately there is nothing like that available at the moment. If you want to discuss further options let me know and I can move this thread to somewhere more appropriate.

Thanks, I’ll take a look at the code of the SCM and try to see if I can develop a small extention myself.
