Curious issue that either just started occurring or I simply haven’t noticed it.

When in the CP Template manager, any template I choose to view by clicking the View Rendered Template button, or View (in the list format) adds an additional string onto the URL and kicks me back to the Index page:

    <a href="http://url.com/?URL=http://url.com/template_group/template/">http://url.com/?URL=http://url.com/template_group/template/</a>

Where is this additional string coming from?

    ?URL=http://url.com/

Could this be an htaccess issue?  I’m using LG htaccess Generator, but the only change I have made recently was adding a new template group.

It doesn’t affect anything on the front-end, only testing templates - meaning, I can view the templates in a browser by removing the added string.

htaccess strikes again. Not sure why, but after using LG htaccess Generator to update htaccess with the new template group, the URL was appended with the additional string and disabled the stylesheet (after clearing the cache).

I reverted to a backup of htaccess and added the new template group by hand and it seems to have solved the issue.

Glad you were able to figure out what the problem was. Don’t hesitate to post again as needed.
