This question may be related to a resolved thread.

We are on 1.6.4 (Build:20080710), MSM, and it has been running really well with couple of sites located on the MSM. Last weekend we moved our site from one dedicated server to another (cpanel to cpanel). Since then the sites are running fine (front end), I can access the main website edit/publish, but for the other MSM sites I can view the list of articles (edit tab), but when I click on them the page goes blank, same happen when I click on Publish tab.

    I’ve disabled Extensions.

Do you think there are permission issues after the EE installation was copied and restored on a new server?

    angmed,

A blank page usually means suppressed PHP errors.  Please see this Wiki Entry so we can try to get PHP errors to display to the screen.

EE Wiki : HowTo Turn on Error Reporting

FTP into system/cache and delete all files and folders except for index.html.

Great, easy to read the PHP errors. Even though I disabled Extensions, I physically had to remove ext.md_character_count.php and now its solved.

BUT, I still get an error when I want to edit or publish new articles under MSM sites. I got this error message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3759106 bytes) in /home/site/public_html/system/db/db.mysql.php on line 411

    Resolved.
Solution: Our hosting company increased the PHP memory limit on our dedicated server and that solved the issue
