Ive been using the Structure plugin on sites ive been building in ee.
As version 2 of structure now requires purchasing, im concerned that come the release of ee v2 i will no longer need structure and will have wasted $65.

    Can anyone advise?
    Thanks

If you want to build your site in 1.6.8 and want Structure’s features, then go for it.

If you want to build your site in 2.0 or haven’t decided yet whether to build it in 1.6.8 or 2.0 then wait until it’s released.

That’s about all one could advise here, IMHO.

Adding to what silenz said, there will be a version 2.0 of Structure, so it’s reasonable to assume its functionality won’t be replaced by EE core functionality.

Thats my main concern really, thanks.

I would imagine Jack and Tom are part of the Beta program. I doubt they would spend so much time working on such a complex module only to have it replaced by core functionality. But hit them up. I would imagine they can answer the question without causing NDA issues.

We are building Structure for EE2. It will be released in March.
