Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue.
Although we get a lot of comments, I also get intermittent complaints from readers that they have been unsuccessful in posting comments.
I am not sure whether this is a behavioural problem or a bug of some sort. But it is annoying and turning off my readers.
Any ideas on how to test for something like this?

I’m going to shift you to ‘Tech Support’ as I don’t think anything indicates a bug at this point.
Did they give you any details- is there an error message or just a page refresh? Also- what are your requirements for posting? And for the intermittent errors- are they consistent for whoever has them. Or is it- I tried once, it didn’t post. The next time it did. Lastly- any info on what browser/service provider they’re using. AOL may have issues with secure forms. On an active site- I recommend running w/secure forms enabled. (Any site, I recommend it.) But that would be my first bet as to where issues might arise.
