I am working on multi-site right now and I met with the strange problem for me.

I’ve created new multi-site and I’m logged as Super Admin. But I see nothing between conditional:

{if member_group=="1"} {/if}

on this multi-site. Browsing through other multi-sites I can see content between these conditionals without any problems.

Please help.

Try

{if logged_in_group_id == "1"} Suepradmin!{/if}

Looks like you’er not a Superadmin, then (or not logged in as one). Can you try simply adding

_code

{logged_in_group_id}

to the template in question?

I’ve tried

{if logged_in_group_id == "1"} You are group 1{/if} 
{if logged_in_group_id == "2"} You are group 2{/if} 
{if logged_in_group_id == "3"} You are group 3{/if} 
{if logged_in_group_id == "4"} You are group 4{/if} 
{if logged_in_group_id == "5"} You are group 5{/if} 
{if logged_in_group_id == "6"} You are group 6{/if}

And system tells me I’m group 3 > Guests!

You needn’t have used a conditional for that, but it’s as I suspected. You’re not logged in to the front end of the new site. See if these articles help.

Anyway, it doesn’t help me.

On main multi-site I’m appear as Super Admin and other multi-sites as Guest…

What method of authentication are you using? Cookies?

I’m using cookies only for CP and web login.

Just as an idea (might be wrong though) are you using the www version of the site for both the control panel and the front-end of the site or on the other hand if you aren’t using the www version for the control panel then you would need to make sure you are using the non www version for the front-end too.

Have you tried logging into the front-end specifically, of each of the other multi-sites?
