I have an ECommerce app made with CI that generates various sales reports, has tools to make e-mail campaigns based on user filtering, Google Analytics integration, etc. My problem is some of my clients don’t know or don’t have time to analyse those reports, and some don’t have the creativity to do a successful campaign. Also some of them don’t want to hire a Marketing Expert to do that job.
My question is, are there any companies that does this kind of sales report analysis, campaigns management, etc?
I know some services that claim to do this but we have to use their ecommerce platform.
