What is it with the music and voice on that video though? 😉

Yeeeuuuccchh!!! If I had made that video I certainly wouldn’t have used that music. Sounds like someone died! His voice could do with being a lot brighter too. Plus the way he says “You” multiple times at the end of the video really really gets to me!!

Bet you can’t tell that I work in commercial production eh? 😊

Anyway on to the item in hand. All sounds fantastic however I don’t think we are ever really going to see what I saw in that video happening, well any time soon anyway.

In this country anyway we are one of the most watched (read spied on) nations in the world, both by cameras and data information capturing technologies. If we had a way to contact anyone we wanted without an intermediate 3rd party then this would really rattle some bones in Government as anyone then could be planning to do anything. I mean we could plan a birthday party for our loved ones without the Government knowing!! Shock!!

It really gets to me that we are being nailed down so firmly in this country (and others for that matter - look at China!) as yes there will always be some people who will use technology to do evil but you could do that via snail mail if it came down to it too. What are they going to do, start opening all our letters next?

Anyway sounds like a great idea but I don’t really see how it would work or more importantly how it would work with the people we all have in power at the moment. I would think that there would need to be some massively radical changes in everything for that to ever take place.

I live in hope though 😊

    Best wishes,

    Mark

more to the point, many if not most of the UK ISP’s do not use fixed IP addresses! So every time the router reboots, updates, goes down, gets disconnected my links all become in valid!!! I would assume at least!!!

Ah, the issue of dynamic IP address can be solved...
