How do I create a form on site to complete and direct to email?

I am probably not using the correct terminology so please bear with me.  I have a form that needs to be completed on-line and submitted after completion to an e-mail that I designate.  Does Expressions have a way to create this form and are there instructions somewhere on how to do this?  Or, can you upload a document with designations necessary for the fields to have this occur?  Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

There are a number of ways. My suggestion would be to use Solspace’s Freeform module; it’s free and does exactly what you are looking for (and more). Moving to Howto.

Not forgetting the built-in Email Contact Form of course 😉

Admitted though I nearly always use the Freeform module for everything nowadays but just wanted to point it out in case it was any use.

    Best wishes,
