I have an unusual request from a client who needs to use SQL Server since they don’t support MySQL (bizarre).
So can anybody recommend a very good PHP-based CMS that can use a SQL Server db instead?
I’ll be sad not to be able to use EE…!

Hhmm.. most of the CMS that I’ve heard of that use SQL Server also use ASP. I’m certain there are exceptions, I just can’t think of any. Sorry.

The more I look into the more likely it’ll be a custom build using Codeigniter which has no problems switching from mysql to sql server.
