This question may be related to a resolved thread.
Trying to find an easy way to view list of comments across all weblog entries, I discovered through trial and error that the Edit Tab Ajax extension causes Comment searches in the Edit Tab to return no results, no matter what parameters are selected.

Sorry for the inconvenience, R.BIRD; this is a known issue with that add-on.
