    Hello,

I have a problem which is identical to the thread starter in this topic. There is only one difference: the solution that worked for him (or her), didn’t work for me.

Greg Akerman wrote down these steps:

Right now, if those extensions were installed, you are going to have some things in the database for those extensions.  So try this:

1.)  Navigate to your Admin -> Utilities -> Extensions Manager page in the control panel
2.)  Put the extensions back and change the config.php file to allow extensions.
3.)  Reload the Extensions Manager page.
4.)  Disable the individual extensions (not with just the green button on the top right)

Doing this will remove the extensions from the database, and you will not run into problems in the future.

If when you reload the Extensions Manager page you get a blank screen, please revert the steps you took, and we’ll go from there.

This worked for the starter of the other thread, but it didn’t work for me. When I allow extensions again in the config.php file (step 2), the Extensions Manager page won’t load (step 3).

What else can I do to get rid of this blank screen?  Your help is appreciated!

The white page usually means suppressed PHP Errors.  Please see this KB Entry and follow the steps it gives.  ONly difference is that any changes it talks about making to index.php, you need to make to the /system/index.php

Excellent!  Closing this thread out, but please don’t hesitate to start a new one if anything else comes up!
