This is to let everyone one that we’re moving the ExpressionEngine 2.0 updates from every other Friday to every other Tuesday. When we post updates on Fridays we end up working on the weekend (well, more than we usually do). Moving the updates to the first part of the week will let us follow up with everyone’s replies during the normal course of the week. This means you can expect the next update Tuesday, April 21st.

On the upside, Tuesdays suddenly have more purpose. At least every other Tuesday has more purpose.

Almost my birthday when next update comes. Well, before 2.0 is out - i try to make my living as “normal” as it can be…after i get that in my hands…*drools*

Makes perfect sense, it’s one of the reasons I never get suckered anymore into a Monday launch site deadline: inevitably your whole weekend is shot 😊

hee hee, we’ve learned from experience that the tapping foot is much better than the frustrated yell. It will likely be published late this afternoon, early evening Pacific Time.

Edit: and there would be no yelling. I feel privileged that you guys are giving us peek at the process.
I’m really excited about the CI base of EE 2.0 and can’t wait for the expanded preview release program, as I did not qualify for the first round :-(
