I have heard that version 2 of ee will have greatly expanded editing capabilities for weblog, er… “channel” entries. So what is everyone doing until then? Make their entries in Dreamweaver? Use Microsoft Word? Use a spiffy html editor, I don’t know about? Just type in tags in the control panel?

For editing entries, I use TinyMCE. It’s a pain to configure the first time, but then it works great.

For editing templates, I use e-text editor with the Expression Engine syntax highlighting.

I used TinyMCE for posts as well.
And I use the built in editor for working with Templates.
