I have the great pleasure to introduce to you our two new Technical Support Specialists, Jacob Graf and John Donovan.

Jacob comes to us with experience running his own web development business in which he has used ExpressionEngine extensively.

John joins with a strong knowledge of design and has been a great force in helping the community get their ExpressionEngine sites flash-enabled.

The addition of two new faces on our team brings a great deal of benefit to the ExpressionEngine community, including extended mid-week coverage.

The “extended mid-week hours” mentioned in the post can also be thought of as a small step into GMT+ support as well. We’re doing a little experimenting with the support schedule to see if it helps out the international community a bit more.

Woohaa, two more European supporters! Congratulations to both of you! I already met John during the last EE meeting in Amsterdam, which he joined all the way from Ireland. That shows just the amount of devotion!
