This lounge is so dull lately lets program a games section Chess and checkers it would be great for the community. play chess while you chat about ci it will really bring this place to life again

like this lounge needs some games like checkers and chess can I program a games section to the Elislabs site so we can have fun

chess requires tactics and so does programming that’s why there should be a chess section here.

ive never had the interest in learning chess. im more of a brickbreaker person 😊 yay brickbreaker on the blackberry! killing productivity!

chess is a really fun game even though I suck at it I am intrigued with it

so I have to projects that I am going to use Codeigniter for first

I will make a program called perfect recall it will be a simple database of name and values pairs along with categories to help the user recall events about certain predefined topics

then I will make with a chess game with codeigniter and jquery to move the pieces around the board

All I have to do is focus and get into the zone but I don’t know how I will run the AI so the computer game would be able to play a human opponent, so that’s out, but I am still making my perfect recall program
