This SAEF has been working fine. It’s getting a lot of submissions.  Today, I get the above error reported to me from a user.  Any insight on how to correct the issue is appreciated.

It sounds like you’ll need to allocate more memory to PHP.

Your host should be able to help with this, or you may be able to do an .htaccess change.

    php_value memory_limit 64M

    Thanks Sue,

I’ll check with the host and see what they say.

My host (Mosso) had me add the following to the .htaccess file.  I’m hoping this resolves any further issues.

    php_value max_execution_time 600
    php_value upload_max_filesize 128M
    php_value memory_limit 128M
    php_value post_max_size 64M

I have a feeling it will.  Unless someone posts a novel.

I’ll close this for now.  If the problem returns or anything else comes up, you know where to find us 😊 .
