I also like the interface of LiveZilla… Doest it require to install the software on the computer of every operator or do they have access to a web interface?

Live Chat is a great feature for the Online business. I strongly recommend to convert visitor as the buyer. In Live Chat you can convince visitors to get your products or services.

I think you can look at Chat4support,it lets me live chat with my customers.Also,it can be a visitor checker,so I can view the detail information about every visitors(how many times they viewed they webpage,what keywords they searched on the internet and whether he had ever talked to me before,etc)
