I would like to know if any functionality differences between free Core Version of EE and the paid version of EE. I need the exact list of all differences. (I know EE forum is not present in Core version.)

You can find a grid style list of differences on the Pricing page. You can also find the list in the Modules and Tags section of the User Guide.
