In the function end_subscription():
$item_id is not defined, but is used.
$this->EE->db->query("UPDATE exp_simple_commerce_items SET current_subscriptions = current_subscriptions - 1 WHERE item_id = '".$this->EE->db->escape_str($item_id)."'");
In the function start_subscription($row)
$item_id is again not defined, and used in similar queries. Should it be $row->item_id instead?
