In multiple browsers on multiple hosts I’ve encountered situations, all repeatable, where the CP does not update changes after submit clicked. Most consistent in custom fields, categories, and publish page. A change will be made, such as a textfield to an upload field, or the creation of a field/category/channel….etc. and a browser refresh is necessary. In addition, I’ve also seen these not update after returning to the page, hard refresh, then correct. Again, not browser, hosting, or OS specific and has been present since 0006
