When changing template access, if you use the top button to change, for instance, all member groups to “no access” then the top JS notification drops down once per member group.
Should only notify once.
To reproduce: go to a template and click the Access link. Choose the top radio button to set all member groups to “No” can’t view template.
Watch the top JS notification pop out repeatedly.
