I manage multiple sites. One site which is running 4.2.1 says that it is up to date, while another site, which is running 4.3.1 also says it is up to date. I trust the latter more than the former. On the site running 4.2.1, the icon is green and even when I click on it, it says it is up to date. They both can’t be right.
