I’ve run the update from 2.11.9 to 3.5.15 - when I try to view some member profiles in the CP I either get a 500 error because the server times out over 30 seconds, or I get an exhausted memory error: ‘Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /path/to/ee/EllisLab/ExpressionEngine/Service/Event/Emitter.php on line 55’
I’ve had a look at the member table and some members have null crypt_key fields, some have null crypt_key and authcode fields (I’m not sure what these fields do but it seems that if you have a crypt_key you don’t have an authcode?)
I can view pending members no problem, but as soon as I try to view an active member, the site hangs and crashes. I allocated 1024Mb memory to my local copy and that’s where it 500s - on the staging server I have 512Mb and that’s where I get the exhausted report.
