Version: 4.1.3 Reporter: Kurt Deutscher —
In the entry publisher, when I add a new Textarea field within a Fluid field, and then click the File Upload icon (from the HTML button row), nothing happens.
But if I add a new Textarea field within a Fluid field, Save the entry, and then try the File Upload icon, it functions as expected.
If I turn on the File Chooser button for the Textarea field, I get similar results when creating a new Fluid field-contained Textarea field. This time the file-selector modal pops up but only the gray/transparent overlay, a sliver of the modal’s header, and its “Close” icon are visible.
Again, if I Save the entry in between steps the File Chooser button functions as expected.
I’m experiencing this issue both for stand-alone Fluid < Textarea fields, as well as Fluid < Grid < Textarea field scenarios.
It doesn’t seem to make a difference if the entry is brand new, or if it’s an existing entry with existing content and I’m just adding to it.
