I have some channels with no preview URL set, but they still have the “eyeball” preview link in Entry Manager list. If you click this, you open the entry with the live preview pane open, which then just shows the home page (since no URL is set).
This preview icon should only appear for entries whose channel has a preview URL set.
In system/ee/EllisLab/ExpressionEngine/Controller/Publish/Edit.php change line 206 to
