CP not showing autosaves due to wrong SQL-statement
we wondered why autosaves don’t show up on the CP-publish page. They were introduced in EE2 and also worked in EE3. We tracked the problem down to a SQL-statement used by L:228 EllisLab\ExpressionEngine\Controller\Publish\AbstractPublish::getAutosavesTable()
original_entry_id
IS NULL
isn’t returning any rows because new entries get by default ‘0’ (zero) as original_entry_id
. The column original_entry_id
in exp_channel_entries_autosave
isn’t even allowed to contain NULL.
ExpressionEngine implements Markdown Extra and BBCode. Please see the Markdown Extra docs and the BBCode Wikipedia article for a full reference.
