I followed documentation to allow Guests to use channel forms, but those settings makes the page not show up at all for guests or the form won’t show. Steps I did:

1. went into channel settings and clicked Yes to “Allow Guest Submissions”.
2. Chose a default author next to #1 in channel settings. I tried multiple authors, even super admin and a member from guest group.
3. Went into the channel form template and added “logged_out_member_id=”2985914” which is the same author i chose in step 2 (not sure if you need to do both).
4. Went into Member Group Settings for Guest and chose “Create Entries” under Allowed Actions, and then selected the channel under “Allowed Channels”… thinking this should give permission.

Am I missing something? Form works fine when logged in. why does some default authors make the entire page not even load where other default authors lets page load but the form doesn’t show at all? Is there some setting I’m missing? The documentation doesn’t mention anything else I could find.
