When loading Channel Forms, the liveUrlTitle JS breaks when compressed in this file: ee/EllisLab/Addons/channel/libraries/channel_form/Channel_form_lib.php
around line 3478. The two comments starting with // end up getting munged into the code causing a JS error.
Remove the two comments and all works fine after this.
