Created a pen to give you some html to try.

Copy rendered html and paste into wysiwyg field, result is shuffled elements, element six gets placed before list.

Tested in 3.4.3 and 3.4.4, using chrome.

  • Hi,

Which field is doing this? Is this a third party add-on field? We don’t ship a WYSIWYG field, we have a Rich Text Editor, and I can’t replicate this using that field.

  • Apologies. The RTE field is the one we’re using.

  • Hi,

Ok, if I do the same thing you are doing in the video I do replicate. I’ve marked this bug as accepted.

To get around this issue for now, you can copy and paste the HTML (unrendered) into the “code” view of the RTE.

  • Fantastic, thanks.

Have a workaround, but know that one of the principle users of the admin system will struggle with this solution.
